We have several tools to assist with troubleshooting:
- Live Chat allows you to have a conversation with one of our technicians or leave an email for support. Click the Live Chat link or Icon on the left.
- Instant Support allows us to remotely control your computer and diagnose problems by "seeing what you're seeing". This tool installs a temporary program to allow us access to your computer.
- Remote Maintenance and Support. For contract customers we install a small remote agent on your computers that allow us to perform nightly maintenance and quickly connect to your computer whenever you need us. Our Remote Support tool even allows us to find your laptop when you are traveling or at home and works through most firewalls without any special settings. - If you need to send us a file for analysis or to reproduce a problem our Upload feature allows you to send that file to our support data store. Contact your support technician for access to this feature.
- You submit a request to our Help Desk to troubleshoot a problem, install new features, or get any kind of help with your computers or our products. Help Desk requests are processed within 48 hours.
- Our Technical Tips provide timely information for the latest troubleshooting issues. You can also search our archives for past solutions.
